David Todd Qualifications: BCom(Hons. Auckland) Management Science, MCom(Distinction, Auckland) Management Science   Experience: David is a Director of Symmetric SD. Before founding Symmetric SD David was a founding member of Synergia, a New Zealand based consulting organisation specialising in strategic design, organisational redesign, change management and project management. In 2004 he immigrated to the United Kingdom where he has set about establishing Symmetric SD as the UK leader in System Dynamics modelling and simulation in Health and Social Care contexts. As a consultant, David has worked for a number of organisations across numerous industries and environments, including private and public organisations, local and central government and not for profit organisations. From 2001 onwards his work has focussed primarily on central government initiatives within the health and social services environments including: Simulation modelling of depression guidelines New Zealand outcomes and performance management framework for chronic disease (Diabetes, CVD and Stroke) Strategic review and redesign of services for children with very complex multi agency care needs Lecturing in project management approaches to complex, multi-stakeholder, people based projects Project management of interagency Severe Conduct Disorder programme implementation As well as the core directors, Symmetric has a number of strategic partners.
